I have been using the Penis Professor program for about 3 months and during this time, I have gained over an inch to my penis. Although there are some men who have increased their penis size of from one-fourth to one-half inch as early as 2 weeks of exercising with the program, from 1 to 3 inches within 3 to 12 months is more common. This is from doing the exercises 20 minutes a day, every other day, which is what is recommended.
Not only has there been an increase in the length of my penis, there is also a noticeable difference in the girth. Girth-size is a lot more important than most men realize. In fact, girth is more important to some women than the length.
A University of Texas study gathered together 50 sexually active women between the ages of 18 and 25. The women were asked to comment on whether or not the length of the penis or the width of the penis felt better during sexual intercourse. A surprising 45 of the 50 women questioned stated that width was more important than length.
That’s certainly something to think about.

Fortunately, this will go away after you get used to doing it.
This leads to another tidbit: Don’t over-do it! Your penis is sensitive and you only need to exercise it as recommended in the guide: 20 minutes a day every other day, and this is after you’ve been practicing for a while. You should start off exercising your penis only 6 minutes a day or so.
One thing you should definitely expect when doing natural penis exercise programs is to actually exercise. Unlike pills and surgery which are a lot riskier and that promise results without any effort on your part, exercise programs will require you to devote some time and effort into doing those exercises. Also unlike pills and surgery, exercise programs are more likely to be legitimate and to give you lasting and true results – if you choose the right one. It may take at least a couple of weeks before you get to see the first results of your efforts. So this might mean putting off doing some things you like to do in order to squeeze in your exercising. But once you began to see gains, you’ll probably have no trouble making the time to “Get ‘er done,” as Larry the Cable Guy says.
One thing is definitely certain – if you are looking to improve your package, it doesn’t matter what size you are starting from, I don’t know of any better method of penis enlargement and I have tried them all.
